The Best time to trade is the busiest times:
> These are the 2 sessions that overlap at 3-4 am EST and at 8 am-12pm EST
> London is the usually the busiest country during a trading session
> Middle days of the week show the best days to trade since these two displays the best movement of prices as well.

The following are the worst days to trade. Read below for better understanding:
> Fridays - during these days, trading can be very unpredictable. If you want to lose all your money trade this day, well, you would never want that to happen would you?
> Sundays - During Sundays, there is a very small movement in prices and in trading since this is an opening time. You will earn negative PIPS, if you trade during this day.
> Holidays - During holidays, banks are closed to transactions, this also means a very small volume of money is being moved. This is a bad day as well for trading.
> News Reports - If you do not know anything about trading you might end up losing all your money. You can't just rely on news since no one really knows when the prices will go but watching the news is a good indicator.
However, there are other things to do if there are times that you cannot trade during these busy times.
1. Move to a better time zone - yes, you can move to London if you want to trade but this is not a big issue with the Internet, right?
2. Learn to trade at work - never quit your job if you have one. Your real job can help you a lot. So if you are in your job, you can still trade.
3. Become a swing trader - being a swing type of trader you do not have to focus in the Forex market constantly. You can have your account checked from time to time after work.
4. Trade during different sessions - be disciplined in trading, you can trade in a different session and not just during those not so good times.
Trading days should be well prepared as well, you cannot just trade whenever you like. There are days that are most favorable while there are times that can be bad in your trading business.
